Regulatory status

“Inyova” is a brand of Inyova AG.

Inyova AG is registered in Switzerland as an independent investment manager offering investment management services. Inyova AG is a member of the PolyReg self-regulatory organisation (www.polyreg.ch) and thus entitled to act as a financial intermediary according to Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Swiss Money Laundering Act. As a member of the PolyAsset Code of Professional Conduct (www.polyasset.ch), Inyova AG is subject to the Code of Professional Conduct approved by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA for asset managers.

All business and legal relationships between Inyova AG and its clients are subject to Swiss law.

Ombudsman’s office

Inyova AG is an associate of the OFD ombudsman’s office for financial service providers. This allows disputes to be settled in out-of-court arbitration procedures. As a client, you can contact the ombudsman’s office to resolve conflicts concerning legal claims. The ombudsman will keep all inquiries confidential and will inform Inyova only with the client’s consent.
