About Inyova

Andreas is responsible for all sustainability impact related topics. He currently lives in his homeland, Germany, but brings cultural experience from living in Spain, the Dominican Republic, Burkina Faso and Ghana. Andreas holds a degree in Political Science from the Ludwig-Maximillians Universität München and Universidad de Granada, and was previously the Head of Ratings at ISS ESG. When Andreas isn’t busy helping make the world a better place, you can catch him listening to music or playing basketball with his three kids.

James is our resident ‘Impact Economist’, making sure Inyova is always at the forefront of impact research and incorporating it into our portfolios. He recently moved to Zürich from the UK after studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Oxford. In his spare time, James loves everything water-based, from swimming in the Limmat to surfing in the Atlantic.

Having worked in the finance sector for more than seven years, Cristian felt that sustainability is still falling short when it comes to financial investments. In his mission to change that, Cristian took on responsibility for the impact investing strategy, investment management and impact research at Inyova – ultimately making sure that your values are always taken into account. Before joining Inyova he worked at Boston Consulting Group and Assenagon Asset Management and has a background in mathematical finance and economics. Cristian lives in Munich and enjoys the great outdoors in his free time.

Oskar is our Investment Operations Analyst with a multicultural background. He’s lived in various European cities, including Strasbourg, London, Dublin, Lisbon, Prague, and Frankfurt. Oskar’s academic journey includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance and an MSc in Finance. Outside work, he’s a sports enthusiast, particularly ice hockey, and an avid traveller with a growing bucket list. Oskar also values quality time with friends and family.

Meet Utsav, our Senior Quantitative Analyst from India, now residing in Frankfurt. With a background in Electronics Engineering and Finance, he’s worked as a data analyst in Bengaluru and delved into risk management at Allianz Global Investors in Frankfurt. Beyond work, Utsav enjoys sports like football and cricket, exploring new places, and unwinding with video games. 

Sofia is our Investment Manager from Portugal and brings a global perspective to the team. She’s lived in cities across Europe, holding a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering and specialising in Global Challenges. Sofia co-founded Reboot, an NGO dedicated to sustainability. Outside work, she’s a yoga enthusiast, a passionate philosopher, and loves the ocean. She’s volunteered with turtles and enjoys surfing as well as diving.

Bojan studied English, Business Administration and Sports Science at the University of Bern and has worked in the Swiss retail store Manor, at a casino and as a language teacher in Zürich. He is Swiss-Serbian and has lived in Dublin, as well as multiple places in central Switzerland. During his spare time, Bojan likes to read sci-fi novels, watch good movies or be active in the mountains or in the gym. 

As part of the Customer Sucess team, Sarah makes sure Inyova impact investors are well taken care of. Sarah has a Bachelor in International Studies of Management from FH Bielefeld and Haagse Hogeschool The Haag. Before joining Inyova, she worked as a Customer Success & Project Manager at Ubimax (now Teamviewer). Sarah is well-travelled having lived in Germany, Austria, USA and the Netherlands. In her free time, she likes to do yoga, sing and read up on social psychology. 

Erik has been interested in sustainable management for 7 years. Before founding Inyova, he was an independent entrepreneur for more than a year, launching Lapel & Tie project and expanding the GreenBuzz initiative. He is also a founding member of collaboratio helvetica, a platform and community for systemic change in Switzerland. Prior to that, Erik worked at McKinsey & Company for more than two years. Erik holds a Master in Energy Science and Technology from ETH Zurich and a Bachelor degree from RWTH Aachen University. In his free time he enjoys sports, yoga and meditation.

Máté, Inyova’s Senior Product Manager, comes from Hungary and has lived in vibrant cities like Budapest, Paris, and London. With an MSc in Financial Markets & Investments and experience at notable firms, including Morgan Stanley and Mazars, he brings a wealth of insights to our team. In his free time, he loves to play sports, travel to new places, hike, and hone his photography skills. Fluent in Hungarian, English, and French, Máté’s multilingual talents and breadth of experience enrich our team and ensure cutting-edge product development.

Our Lead Engineer Stefania is originally from Romania. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Automation and previously worked for 3Pillar Global and PitechPlus. Stefania enjoys spending her time exploring the outdoors. She loves skiing and hiking in the Swiss mountains. She joined Inyova because she is passionate about preserving the environment, so that future generations can enjoy it as much as she does.

As Inyova’s Senior Product Designer, Eduard is responsible for creating intuitive interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience. Originally from Estonia, he has lived in Hamburg, Berlin, and now resides in Zürich, Switzerland. Eduard has more than 10 years of experience in product development as UX/UI designer. When not immersed in product design, he enjoys quality time with his family, cycling, snowboarding, and indulging in independent cinema.

Andreea, our Software Engineer, originally comes from Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and now calls Bern, Switzerland, home. With a Bachelor’s in Automation and Applied Informatics, she adds a wealth of technical expertise to our team. Beyond coding, Andreea is an avid reader, delving into everything from classical literature to neuroscience. When not engrossed in code, she finds tranquillity in the Swiss outdoors, engaging in activities like hiking, skiing, and yoga. Proficient in both Romanian and English, Andreea’s diverse skills and interests bring a dynamic edge to our team.

Inyova’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) Ingo is an experienced fintech executive and has previously held several pivotal roles as COO, CFO, and CEO. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of successfully building and scaling companies.

Ingo played a central role in launching LeapFrog, a renowned $2 billion+ AuM private equity impact investment firm, and has been a driving force in creating positive change through impact  investing.

He also actively supports Apis Partners, a global private equity asset manager that invests in growth-stage financial services businesses and is a non-executive Director of a leading pension asset manager in Nigeria. With a strong foundation from his tenure at Swiss Re, GE Capital, and Softbank, Ingo will use his strategic vision and expertise to help steer Inyova towards further growth and innovation.

Meet Vincent, our Operations Manager at Inyova. He’s lived in Zurich and London, bringing a blend of consulting experience from McKinsey, project management, and software engineering skills as a co-founder of Infix GmbH, and financial expertise gained during his internship at Bloomberg. Outside the office, Vincent likes listening to music and playing the piano. He’s also a lover of the Swiss mountains and enjoys hiking as well as road cycling.

Mathilde is passionate about sustainability and is working to accelerate Inyova’s mission to make impact investing mainstream. Previously, she spent four years in Sydney growing tech startups such as Airsorted and Rocket Internet’s ventures Vaniday and Foodora. She holds a master’s degree in Management and International Business from HEC Paris and CEMS. A foodie at heart, she also enjoys aerial dancing, reading thrillers, and growing plants in her apartment.

Carmen is the driving force behind Inyova’s interactive webinars, live events and brand partnerships. She graduated from ESERP Business School Barcelona and currently lives in Berlin. Previously she worked in Marketing for Red Bull and VIU, a Swiss eyewear company. Carmen is from Germany with Ghanian roots. She is an outgoing person and is passionate about creating B2C and B2B experiences. In her spare time she likes to spend time by the ocean, go horseback riding and loves to dance and listen to music.

Marius has a master’s in Business administration from the University of Twente and previously worked for Optimizely and start-ups such as Delivery Hero and Secret Escapes. Originally from Münster, Marius currently lives in Berlin but has also lived in Denmark and South Korea. In his spare time Marius enjoys listening to music, running, and spending time with his son.

Meet Kaj Dillen, our Front-end Engineer Manager originally from Belgium and currently based in Berlin, Germany. With a rich professional background, Kaj has held engineering management roles in e-commerce in Belgium and fleet management software in Germany since 2012. Beyond the digital realm, Kaj seeks balance through activities like bouldering, hiking, 3D printing, painting, and woodworking. Proficient in Dutch, English, French, and German, Kaj brings a unique blend of technical leadership and creative passion to our team.

Mehmet is a self-taught and passionate front-end developer who has more than 14 years of development experience. He has worked with many clients in various positions and built many small and medium-scale web and mobile applications. After ten years as a freelancer, he decided to change his career path and join the Inyova team to help create a more sustainable world. Mehmet lives in Mugla/Fethiye, Turkey. He is married, likes climbing, diving, ultimate frisbee, and is a proud cat dad to Badem.

Meet Milutin Milic, our Front-end Engineer originally from the picturesque town of Užice in Serbia, now based in Novi Sad. With specialised vocational studies in Energetics, Electronics, and Telecommunications, Milutin boasts over a decade of experience in front-end development. Outside of coding, he takes pleasure in the natural beauty of his hometown and has a penchant for exploring Sci-Fi movies and documentaries. Fluent in both English and Serbian, Milutin’s technical expertise and varied interests bring vibrancy to our team.

Prior to Inyova, Sergi worked for two years at IEstrategic, a software-as-a-service company. At the same time, Sergi has created an interactive art collection to combine education and technology for young people. Sergi holds a degree in Computer Science from Pompeu Fabra University and a Master in Digital Art from IDEC Master University. In his free time Sergi likes to attend live music events and spends his time in Swiss nature.

Nikoletta has worked in the finance sector for 4 years as both a Java Software Engineer and a programming teacher. She is part of the investment development team at Inyova and has always been passionate and committed to sustainability. Before Inyova, she worked in Regulatory Reporting at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. Nikoletta is originally from Transylvania and loves being active in her free time. She likes to mix it up and enjoys everything from climbing to skiing, or doing triathlons.

Our Backend engineer Šimon studied Intelligent Information Systems at the Slovak University of Technology, and is currently completing his Master thesis. Šimon has previously worked for Inyova and took a short break to finish his studies before rejoining. In his free time, he likes to explore new TV shows – The Office is his all-time favourite. He’s also always up for a spontaneous trip and recently started learning how to fly FPV (racing) drones.

Rafael was born and raised in Venezuela. He came to Europe and moved around for a while before settling in Geneva. He studied Political Sciences at Sciences Po in Paris and worked in innovation consulting before pursuing a career in software development, which was a childhood dream of his. Rafael previously worked at Trainline Europe and Coup Mobility. He loves travel photography, vegetarian cooking, and simulation video games. He joined Inyova to help tackle the technical challenges of making sustainable investment available to millions of people around the world.

For many years, Tillmann has been working on the question of how to make the world more sustainable – and the role finance has in this transition. Before founding Inyova, Tillmann worked at the strategy consultancy McKinsey & Companyfor more than 6 years. In addition, Tillmann was CFO of Benefiit, a network of impact investors and is founding director of the Sustainability-in-Business-Lab of ETH Zurich. He holds a PhD from ETH Zürich and studied mathematics and computer science at the universities of Heidelberg and Santiago de Chile. In his free time Tillmann enjoys skiing, mountain biking and other outdoor activities.

Helmut has almost 30 years of experience as an investor and CEO of investment and holding companies. He is Chairman of the Shareholder Value Beteiligungen AG and Managing Partner of VERUS Capital Partners AG. At the beginning of his career he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, Inc. Helmut lives with his family in the Alps of Vorarlberg.
